Our client is looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to spearhead high-impact initiatives that modernise operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and unlock value through smart use of technology.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver transformation projects end-to-end, bringing automation, data, and scalable digital platforms into the heart of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, from idea through to delivery and measurable results
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
• Replace manual and fragmented workflows with integrated, scalable digital solutions
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate challenges into practical tech-driven solutions
• Drive adoption of cloud platforms, automation tools, and data-led decision making
• Track and communicate success through clear KPIs, dashboards, and performance insights
