Your New Role
As theNetwork Inspection Supervisor & Insurance Recovery Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inspection data management while supporting system improvements and insurance recovery processes. Reporting to the Data Manager, you will supervise a team of Network Inspectors, coordinate inspection programming, and manage insurance claims related to network damages.
Key Responsibilities:Ensure accurate updates and validation of RMMS dataSupervise and support Network Inspectors to meet contract requirementsManage inspection scheduling, programming, and progress trackingCoordinate insurance recovery processes and KPI reportingAttend internal and external meetings, providing relevant updatesConduct inspections and perform on-call duties as requiredContribute to system improvements and rollout initiativesThis is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to make a meaningful impact on data quality, operational efficiency, and insurance recovery coordination.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you should bring a combination of technical knowledge, leadership ability, and administrative precision:Full, clean ‘B’ driving licence (essential)Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (preferred)Experience supervising lone worker teams and managing data qualityStrong understanding of stakeholder engagement and health & safety regulationsExcellent administrative and record-keeping skills5+ years of operations and maintenance experience (advantageous)Experience in winter maintenance, traffic management, GIS software, or MS Project (advantageous)Strong communication and IT skillsWhat You'll Get in Return
