Rotational Schedule | Monday–Sunday between 8am–10pm (No Night Shifts)

What You’ll Be Doing
Become a product expert across a complex digital advertising platformInvestigate and resolve technical issues affecting advertisers and internal sales teamsManage cases end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service deliveryIdentify whether issues are caused by product bugs, user confusion, or technical errorsWork closely with specialist support teams and engineers on escalated casesClearly explain solutions, workarounds, and next steps to stakeholdersHelp improve the customer experience by providing high-quality technical supportSupport team development through mentoring and knowledge sharingWhat We’re Looking For
Native or fluent German or Dutch with strong English communication skillsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilityComfortable working with digital tools, systems, and online platformsExperience in customer support, technical support, or online operations is highly desirableExperience working in KPI or target-driven environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical issuesPositive team player with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and productsWhy Join?
