Brand Manager, National Retail, Dublin

This is a permanent, full-time role offering a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) with a very well recognised name in the Irish retail space.

What You’ll Bring:

A third-level qualification in Marketing or related field 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role – ideally in retail, FMCG, telco or similar environments Proven track record managing advertising (ATL), PR campaigns, and retail promotions Experience working with multiple agencies and managing market research projects Strong budget management and organisational skills Previous people management experience Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive the promotional calendar across the nationwide retail network Lead on the creation and delivery of all marketing collateral Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager on brand campaigns and PR initiatives Plan and execute events and local marketing activities Oversee market research and analyse insights to shape future campaigns Manage external agencies across print, media, advertising and PR Lead a small marketing team (Executive + Intern)

Exceptional copywriting and content editing Strong Powerpoint presentation skills Commercially savvy with excellent stakeholder management Team player who thrives on collaboration Full, clean driving licence required
