About Your New Job As a Personal Assistant & Office Support, you will: Proactively manage the CEOs diary, prepare meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements, acting as a trusted right-hand to the CEO. Organise and coordinate corporate events, presentations, travel, and group activities, serving as a group leader when required. Collaborate with the wider support team on office management, facilities, supplier relationships, communications, and Health & Safety coordination. Take ownership of tasks while working closely with the Head of People, supporting both the CEO and the functioning of a busy office. Prepare documentation, manage confidential correspondence, and maintain professional filing systems. The role offers progression from Personal Assistant to Executive Assistant status, providing increasing responsibility over time. What Skills You Need Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant (or similar role) with significant diary and travel management duties. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, strong written and verbal communication, and proven organisational and time management capabilities. High levels of discretion, sound judgment, and the confidence to act independently. Reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic are essential. Experience in funds or investment management a plus, but not required.
