The Role

As part of the Deal Desk team, you’ll play a key role in structuring and enabling complex enterprise deals, ensuring the right balance between growth, profitability, and risk.

You’ll partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to drive efficient deal execution while helping build scalable processes from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

Analyse deal performance, pricing, and profitability to support decision-makingPartner with Sales to structure strategic, high-value dealsReview and approve non-standard enterprise agreementsAct as a key liaison across Sales, Finance, and Legal teamsAssess commercial and contractual risks and escalate where neededHelp design and improve deal approval processes and pricing frameworksTrack deal metrics and provide insights to leadership

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Ops, or Strategy rolesStrong financial modelling and analytical skillsExperience working on complex enterprise dealsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a passion for improving processesComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to Have

Background in SaaS, cloud, or high-growth techExperience with CRM / CPQ toolsExposure to subscription or usage-based business modelsConsulting, banking, or strategic analytics experience
