Customer Service Representative, Dublin

We are currently looking for a Customer Service representative to join our Team on a Full-time basis. The role is based in our Dublin office and will require the suitable candidate to be available in office all five days of the week with an exceptional one-day work from home subject to approvals GLS Ireland is a reliable, high quality parcel services for over 250,000 customers in Europe, complemented by logistics and express services. Key Responsibilities: Answer queries via phone, email and chat to customer who call into GLS Listen to customers concerns and questions and provide accurate and timely responses. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively Maintain a positive and professional demeanour in all interactions Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel or Manager Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met Skills and Experience: Previous customer service experience is valuable, while parcel industry experience is a bonus. Ability to engage at all levels with a keen eye for detail and a professional approach.
