Key Responsibilities

Develop engaging ad concepts for social platforms across video, static, and story formats Collaborate with beauty, skincare, and lifestyle brands to translate positioning into compelling creative angles Script and brief user-generated content for creators and influencers Identify top-performing hooks, trends, and visual styles, turning insights into scalable creative frameworks Work with editors to storyboard and produce high-impact ads Partner with the paid media team to test variations and iterate based on performance data Track and adapt emerging trends on TikTok and Instagram into campaign ideas Build clear and persuasive creative strategy decks for new product and campaign launches

Ideal Candidate

Experience collaborating with beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brands Strong grasp of key campaign metrics CTR, engagement rate, CPC, CPA) Skilled at briefing creators and producing authentic, high-quality content Knowledge of UGC formats, partnership ads, trend-driven storytelling, and short-form video styles Confident in building creative testing frameworks and writing scripts for lifestyle or narrative content Curious, proactive, and always exploring new ideas worth testing
