Your new role

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be instrumental in the technical development and delivery of projects from concept through to construction. Your responsibilities will include:
Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.Coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations.Supporting sustainable design initiatives and innovative construction techniques.Participating in site visits, inspections, and contract administration.Contributing to a range of projects, including public and private sector developments.What you'll need to succeed
A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.3–6 years of relevant experience, ideally within the Irish or UK architectural sector (due to ongoing projects) Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; BIM Level 2 experience is a plus.Excellent knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and construction detailing.Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.A passion for sustainable design and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
