Your New Role
As a Senior Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex residential or mixed-use developments. You will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations on-site, ensuring technical accuracy, and supporting the site management team in delivering projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all engineering aspects of the construction siteInterpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation on-siteSupervise subcontractors and site engineers, providing guidance and technical supportEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsConduct quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets design and regulatory standardsLiaise with design teams, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical issuesMaintain accurate site records, reports, and documentationSupport the planning and sequencing of construction activities to meet project milestones
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a site engineering role, with at least 2 years at senior levelProven experience working on residential or mixed-use developmentsA degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related disciplineStrong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS systems)A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
