Their aim is to be the partner of choice for global healthcare suppliers and to deliver on their promises to their customers across hospitals and the wider community.Your new roleYour new role offers a hands-on opportunity to support the setup, delivery, and servicing of mobility equipment across Leinster.
Working alongside the Product Specialist and warehouse teams, the technician will coordinate logistics, instruct clients on equipment use, and manage stock to ensure efficient and timely service.
Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:Fitting, assembly or installation along with packing and delivery of mobility product orders, in support of the Product Specialist.Delivery of orders to Leinster-based customers as required.Instruct clients on the use of equipment.Perform all tasks in a timely manner, ensuring all deadlines are met.Site drop and collection of demonstration stock as required.Take responsibility for the security of the Mobility products.Support Product Specialist in cycle count / stock takes.Liaise with Dublin, Cork, Ballymena & Milltown warehouses regarding transfer of stock.Liaise with Customer Service and other Company departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.Ensure that you comply with risk-assessed policies and procedures relating to IT Security, Health and SafetyWhat you'll need to succeedBackground knowledge and experience of mobility products are a distinct advantage.Background knowledge and experience in product assembly are a distinct advantage.Ability to work unsupervised whilst delivering a high-quality service.Strong administrative skills incorporating planning and organisational skills.Good communication skills.A full clean driving licence.The successful candidates will require Garda Vetting.What you’ll get in returnCompetitive salary and bonus structure.Lunch allowance.Fully expensed Company van.Employee Assistance Program.Pension, Life assurance & Income Protection.Educational Assistance.Training academy.Enhanced annual and life leave.Engagement initiatives.Supportive colleagues to learn from and enjoy company social outings, parties, and events.
