Procurement Officer, Dublin

My client a division of a semi-state organisation have an upcoming role for an experienced Procurement Officer within the Construction sector

Requirements:

3–5+ years’ experience in public sector procurement (procurement as primary function).Strong knowledge of Irish public procurement regulations and EU directives.Proven experience using the eTenders platform.Experience managing full end-to-end tender processes in a public sector setting.Level 8 NFQ third-level qualificationRelevant procurement qualification (or in progress) for senior-level applicants.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Excellent written communication and high attention to detail.Experience reporting to governance/compliance committees.Experience developing or reviewing procurement policies and templates.Experience delivering procurement training.Full clean driving licence.
