What you'll need to succeed

Lead and support the technical teamJob-led role on various projectsLeading and coordinating layouts and generating tender and construction documentation.Developing sketch/conceptual designs under senior guidance.Leading BIM/Revit projects through the detailed design stages.Demonstrating strengths post-planning through technical packages, coordination, delivery, and on-site project stages.Excelling with technical drawings, specifications, and schedules using Revit, aligning with project standards and schedules.Ensuring all designs adhere to standards and are constructible.Collaborating with the Project Manager/Contract Administrator and conducting site visits to provide construction and technical support.
