Strategic HR Manager, Dublin

Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with senior HR candidates who have experience in partnering with leadership to drive organisational effectiveness through strategic people initiatives for a contract opportunity based in Dublin city centre.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and execute people plans that support business prioritiesBuild influential relationships, offering insight, challenge, and practical HR solutionsAlign resourcing and workforce plans with organisational goals in collaboration with talent teamsOversee adherence to Irish employment legislation, ensuring policies are effective and commercially relevantLead on complex employee relations matters, providing clear, confident guidance on sensitive issuesEnable leaders to build high-performing teams through coaching on performance, conduct, and attendanceSupport the development and application of reward and progression frameworksLeverage workforce data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and drive informed decisionsContribute to key HR initiatives and change programmes across the businessPromote effective use of HR systems to enhance data quality, reporting, and decision-making

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partner role (c.6+ years), ideally within financial services or regulated environmentsStrong knowledge of Irish employment law with hands-on ER case management experienceTrack record of influencing and partnering with senior stakeholdersExperience across workforce planning, performance management, and talent strategyCommercially aware, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approachConfident using HR systems and people data to support decision-makingCIPD qualified with a relevant degree (HR, Business or similar)
