Financial Controller | West Dublin | Hybrid A growing Irish-owned business with a turnover exceeding €20 million is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their senior leadership team in West Dublin. This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to manage a small finance team while playing a central part in strategic decision-making and business growth. Salary: €100,000€130,000 DOE Location: West Dublin Hybrid: 1 day WFH after probation Benefits: Car allowance, medical allowance, pension contribution & bonus potential The Role Reporting directly to senior management, the Financial Controller will oversee the full finance function, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and commercial support across the business. Key Responsibilities Preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and cash flow forecasts Budgeting, expenditure control, and financial analysis Year-end audit preparation and liaison with auditors Management of bank accounts, payroll, invoices, and insurance renewals Oversight of finance operations including AP/AR and accounts administration Driving improvements across financial reporting processes and systems Attendance at board meetings and involvement in strategic planning Requirements Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA) Minimum 3 years PQE within retail, B2B, or FMCG sectors Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills Experience dealing directly with Revenue and banking institutions Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP/system knowledge Excellent communication and analytical skills This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to step into a high-impact leadership role within a growing and successful organisation.
