Customer Care Executive Location: Sandyford, Dublin 18 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 6:00pm Salary: €30,000 €32,000 DOE + Quarterly Bonus A growing and fast-paced financial services organisation based in South Dublin is currently seeking a Customer Care Executive to join their expanding customer support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous contact centre or customer service experience who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment and is motivated by delivering an excellent service experience. The successful candidate will handle customer interactions across phone, email and online channels while ensuring a high level of accuracy, professionalism and compliance at all times. Key Responsibilities Deliver a high standard of customer service across all customer interactions Handle inbound and outbound customer queries efficiently and professionally Process customer requests and transactions accurately in line with company procedures Maintain excellent attention to detail when updating systems and customer records Work towards individual and team KPI targets and quality standards Escalate complex issues to management where necessary Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures Participate in ongoing training and development programmes Support a positive and collaborative team environment Requirements Minimum 1 years customer service experience within a fast-paced contact centre environment/ Retail sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent telephone manner and customer-focused approach Good PC and administration skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Highly organised with strong attention to detail Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude Experience within insurance or financial services is advantageous but not essential For You Pension contribution Healthcare benefits Mobile phone plan For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Tracey Kinsella or call Osborne Recruitment on .
