Transaction Services Manager - Dublin OR Cork

As a Transaction Services Manager, you will be pivotal in supporting clients through key financial due diligence transactions. You will lead transaction-related projects, manage teams, and collaborate closely with senior leadership and clients to deliver high-quality advisory services. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and high-profile deals, contributing directly to the success of the clients and the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including financial statement reviews, working capital analysis, and identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Oversee the preparation of deliverables, including financial reports, presentations, and client communications.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing training, feedback, and guidance to support their development.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction process.
• Keep up to date with market trends, deal activity, and regulatory changes that may impact transactions.

What We're Looking For:
• Relevant experience in Transaction Services, ideally within a Big4 firm or a leading advisory firm.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial statements and assess transaction risks. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Experience managing and mentoring teams, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a client-centric approach to service delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues, risks, and opportunities in a transaction context.
• In-depth understanding of the market, the deal process, and the regulatory environment.
