As a Fractional CFO, you will work closely with the Head of SME to drive the next phase of growth and deliver high-impact financial leadership to a diverse portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will provide in-depth financial analysis, advise clients on pivotal business strategies, and support the firm's mission of driving long-term financial success across the SME sector. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial performance to identify critical trends, mitigate risks, and uncover growth opportunities. Strategic Planning: Lead client budgeting, financial forecasting, and proactive cash flow management. Data Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and tailored KPIs to empower executive decision-making. Advisory & Insight: Translate complex financial data into clear, practical, and actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. Process Optimization: Partner with clients to enhance financial processes, internal controls, and reporting accuracy. Service Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality financial services. Candidate Profile Qualifications & Experience Professional Certification: ACA or ACCA qualified. Experience: A minimum of three years' experience within a Public Practice or corporate finance environment.
