Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of P&L performance, driving sales, margin, and profitability across all departments Lead, develop, and inspire a large, multi-department team, building a high-performance culture Deliver best-in-class standards across fresh food, grocery, and front-end operations Use commercial insight and KPI analysis to identify opportunities and implement effective action plans Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock control, labour planning, and cost management Champion an exceptional customer experience, ensuring consistency and quality across the store Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Store Manager / General Manager in a high-volume supermarket or large-format retail environment Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results at scale Experience leading large teams and senior management structures A hands-on, visible leader who drives performance on the shop floor Strong understanding of fresh food retail and high-volume operations Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
