Your New Role
As a Graduate Surveyor, you will support senior team members in delivering high-quality property valuations and landlord and tenant advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with property inspections and measured surveysResearching and analysing comparable market dataDrafting valuation reports and supporting documentationMaintaining and updating a database of comparable transactionsThis is a hands-on role offering exposure to a wide range of commercial property types. You will also benefit from a structured APC programme designed to support your path to becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should bring a mix of academic qualifications, technical skills, and personal attributes, including:A SCSI-accredited property degree (e.g., BSc in Property Economics or equivalent)Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive approach to research and problem-solvingProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsA collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when neededA professional and personable manner, with the confidence to engage with clients and stakeholdersThe ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
