Summary of This Role
An exciting opportunity to join a growing sales team within Global Payments, focused ondriving revenue fromourexistingcustomerbase.
We’re looking for atarget-driven sales professionalwho thrives onupselling, cross-selling, and closing deals over the phone. This role is focused onunlocking value within an existing customer base— not coldcalling or prospecting for potential pipeline.
You’ll work with warm customers toidentify opportunities, pitch solutions, and convert sales, playing a key role in driving business growth.
What Part Will You Play?
Proactivelycontact existingcustomersto identify and close upsell opportunities
Own the fullsales cyclefrom discovery through to close
Delivercompelling product pitches and proposals
Cross-sell and upsellpayment solutions to maximise account value
Handle inboundcallsandconvert them into sales opportunities
Build strong relationships while maintaining aclear focus on revenue generation
Accurately manage pipeline, activity, and sales outcomes in CRM
Stay up to date with products, pricing, and payments industry trends
Success is measured on revenue generated, conversion rates, and KPI performance
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
2+years' experienceinB2B sales, telesales, orrevenuegrowth roles
Proven track record ofhitting or exceeding sales targets
Strongclosing skills, objection handling, and commercial awareness
Confident selling over the phone in afast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience inupselling, cross-selling, or retention saleshighly desirable
Resilient, competitive, and motivated byearnings and performance
