Maintenance Plumber, Dublin

Purpose of Role:

 Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for qualified maintenance plumber to join our Maintenance Division in Dublin and surrounding areas.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

       Install commercial plumbing and heating systems in accordance with design specifications and regulations.

       Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on plumbing and heating systems.

       Maintain and service commercial plant equipment including pumps, expansion vessels, pressurisation units, and associated pipework.

       Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing and heating systems.

       Repair leaks, blockages, and faults in water supply, drainage, and heating systems.

       Install and maintain hot and cold-water services.

       Ensure all works are completed in compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

       Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete job reports where required.

       Work independently or as part of a maintenance team to respond to service requests and breakdowns.

       Liaise with supervisors, contractors, and site management to coordinate works.

       Ensure tools, materials, and work areas are maintained in a safe and tidy condition.

 Role Requirements:

• 5 + years post mechanical trade qualification essential.
• Industrial and Commercial experience are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Competent in decision making.
• Current Safe pass required.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
