Description
A leading professional services organisation is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Audit Manager to join its expanding audit and assurance team in Dublin.

The successful candidate will work with a broad portfolio of clients across multiple sectors and play an important role in supporting both client service delivery and wider operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients across a range of industries and business sizes
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships with senior finance stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Oversee international reporting requirements and coordinate communication with group and component auditors where applicable
  • Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring quality and compliance throughout the process
  • Allocate and manage team resources effectively across assignments
  • Provide technical guidance and support on auditing and financial reporting matters to both clients and team members
  • Report directly to senior leadership on engagement progress, key risks and deliverables
  • Assist in managing the commercial performance of engagements, including budgeting, billing and work-in-progress monitoring
  • Support the development, mentoring and performance management of junior team members
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, proposals and tender processes
Candidate Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks, including IFRS and UK/Irish GAAP standards
  • Proven experience managing teams and leading client engagements
  • Commercially aware with strong relationship management skills
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment with a flexible approach to change
