Audit Senior, Dublin

The role

Reporting directly to the partners, the candidate will be responsible for meeting the compliance requirements of a varied client portfolioDay to day responsibilities will include:Taking full ownership of the process from planning through completion for a wide range of audit assignmentsSupervising and assisting with the preparation of audit exempt financial statements and periodic management accountsLiaising with your colleagues in our tax and company secretarial departmentsActing as the initial point of contact for some clients and developing strong relationships with those clientsSupporting the tax team with the accounting aspects of advisory workInvolvement in budgeting and identifying value add opportunitiesBusiness development – attending proposal meetingsThe candidate will also have the opportunity to work on ad-hoc advisory projectsPreparation of integrated financial projectionsFinancial and systems reviewsAssisting clients in dealing with banks – finance applications / periodic reporting / restructuringCompany reorganisations

ACA qualified with strong audit and accounting experience who wishes to build a career in practice Enthusiastic and hard-working with excellent communication skillsGood commercial acumenCommitted to exceeding client expectations Excellent IT skills Knowledge of CCH Accounts, CCH Audit, Sage 50 an advantage
