Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record in hospitality? Do you thrive on building influential partnerships and unlocking high-value business opportunities? The Wright Group is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive strategic growth across some of Dublin's most recognised venues.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a confident operator who understands the DMC, tour group and corporate landscape inside out someone with established industry relationships, strong negotiation skills and the appetite to deliver serious results.

- The Brooklyn, Swords

With the opportunity to cross-promote and collaborate across the wider group portfolio, this position offers real scope to shape commercial strategy and maximise revenue streams across multiple brands.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of corporate and group sales, targeting:
- Destination Management Companies (DMCs)
- International and domestic tour operators
- Corporate bookers and event planners
- Conference and incentive travel organisers
This is a strategic role combining relationship management, proactive business development and revenue planning. You will identify new markets, secure repeat contracts, negotiate group rates and create tailored proposals that showcase the full potential of our venues from private dining and exclusive hire to bespoke event packages.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in hospitality or venue sales (corporate/group focus essential)
- Established network within DMCs, tour operators and corporate event sectors
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-led mindset
- Confident presenter and negotiator
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and sales streams
- We want someone hungry for the win commercially sharp, relationship-focused and energised by the chase. You will be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with venue management and marketing teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
