Accounts Payable Manager, Dublin

Armont have partnered with a market-leading business based in south Dublin seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join their expanding finance team. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this position has been established to support the companys continued growth and strengthen the AP function as the business scales. You will take responsibility for managing an experienced AP team while also driving improvements across systems and processes. This newly created role will suit an experienced AP professional who enjoys leading people, enhancing processes and working closely with senior finance stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The Role Lead and manage the full Accounts Payable function, from invoice processing to payment Oversee vendor management, reconciliations, approvals, and the creditor ledger Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency Act as the AP lead for the upcoming ERP system upgrade Maintain strong internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness Prepare AP reporting, including GRNI analysis and performance metrics Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team to achieve high performance The Candidate Minimum 5 years experience in an AP supervisor/manager role Proven leadership capability with experience developing teams Strong background in AP operations, process improvement, and controls Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads Confident communicator, able to collaborate across finance, procurement, and clinical teams Strong Excel skills and experience with SAGE or similar ERP systems Proactive, detail-driven, and solutions-focused The Rewards Salary range, up to €60,000 DOE Pension Healthcare Generous annual leave Flexible working hours Skills: Accounts Payable Manager AP manager Accounts Payable
