Job description

This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role, working across 5 days out of 7 from Monday to Sunday on a weekly 40 hour roster with 8 hour shifts 24/7.

Shifts have weekly block shift rotations of 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm and 11pm - 7am.

Base salary of €33k for 40 hour weekShift allowance applies to the hours of 11pm - 7amHealthcare Insurance Death in Service Benefit Company pension at 4% 20 days Annual Leave with 10 bank holiday days

THE ROLE|

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

Handle high volumes of customer requests, delivering a professional and compliant service.Process and update queries accurately within internal systems.Respond to queries promptly, consistently meeting KPIs and company standards.Monitor and follow up on queries to ensure timely fulfilment and resolve issues efficiently.Maintain strong customer relationships.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR|

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality customer service.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Previous customer service experience working via phone, email, web chat or call centre experience.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a calm and professional approach.Comfortable using IT systems and learning new software tools (training provided).Ability to complete pre-employment assessments and background checks.
