Applications are invited for a temporary post of an IT Support within UCD IT Services. UCD IT Services provides all central IT applications, support and infrastructure for staff and students throughout the University. The successful applicant will assist with providing a first-class service supporting customers to resolve IT requests and faults and other functions of the departmental office. Experience of a varied technical infrastructure and demanding service environment is important. The work involves considerable interaction with staff, students and the wider University community and the successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, together with tact and discretion. 95 Programmer Iii_2010 Salary: €36,783 - €44,805 per annum.
