Principal Project Manager / Design Manager, Dublin

Overview

We are looking to appoint a Principal Project Manager / Design Manager. The purpose of the design manager is to ensure the design of all projects executed are successfully achieved. This role will sit within our Project Management Department to focus on flawless design delivery, coordination and engineering execution.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the full project lifecycle, from design through commissioning and handover.Utilise appropriate systems and provide leadership to the Design and Document Management functions on the project, in accordance with established PM Group procedures and protocols.Act as senior client interface, ensuring alignment on objectives, risk management, and performanceLead and coordinate multidisciplinary PMC teams, contractors, and stakeholdersDrive performance across cost, schedule, quality, and safety metrics
Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects in design and/or project management capacities.Proven track record in senior project leadership roles within AE, PMC, consultancy, or client-side environmentsStrong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability.Experience working on hyperscale developments is highly desirable.
