Job Summary Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and analytical

Data Scientist– Customer Value Management (CVM)

to join our growing analytics and insights team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving data-driven strategies that enhance customer lifetime value, improve retention, and optimize customer engagement across multiple digital channels.

You will work closely with marketing, product, growth, and business teams to translate complex customer data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, and customer segmentation, with a passion for using data to influence business outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain predictive models for customer lifetime value (CLV), churn, cross-sell, and upsell.

Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis to support personalized marketing and product strategies.

Analyze large datasets from multiple sources (CRM, transactional, behavioral, and digital platforms).

Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.

Build dashboards and reports to track customer metrics such as retention, acquisition cost, and engagement.

Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate business initiatives.

Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations for stakeholders.

Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices in analytics workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.

Experience with SQL and working with large-scale databases.

Knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and time-series analysis.

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).

Strong understanding of customer analytics concepts such as CLV, churn, funnel analysis, and segmentation.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in a Data Scientist, Analytics, or similar role.

Prior experience in customer analytics, marketing analytics, or CRM is highly preferred.

Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is an advantage.

Hands-on experience in deploying models into production is a plus.

Working Hours

Full-time position.

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday.
