Staff AI Scientist– Agentic Frameworks&NLP

to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation intelligent systems. This role is ideal for a senior AI professional who thrives at the intersection of research and production, with a strong passion for building autonomous, agentic AI systems that solve complex real‑world problems.

As a Staff AI Scientist, you will act as a technical authority within the organization, driving AI strategy, mentoring teams, and shaping the company's long‑term AI roadmap. You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to translate cutting‑edge research in NLP, multi‑agent systems, and large language models into scalable, business‑ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the research and development of

agentic AI systems , including multi‑agent frameworks, autonomous workflows, and tool‑using LLMs.

Design and implement advanced

NLP pipelines

for tasks such as information extraction, reasoning, summarization, dialogue systems, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG).

Architect scalable AI solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing platforms and APIs.

Drive experimentation with state‑of‑the‑art models (LLMs, foundation models, transformers) and evaluate their performance in production environments.

Define best practices for prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, reinforcement learning from feedback, and AI evaluation.

Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business goals.

Mentor and guide junior scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Publish internal research findings, contribute to patents or whitepapers, and stay up to date with emerging trends in AI and ML.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong expertise in

Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing .

Deep understanding of

LLMs, transformer architectures, and agent‑based systems .

Proficiency in programming languages such as

Python , with experience in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).

Hands‑on experience with

LLM orchestration frameworks

(e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar).

Solid background in data engineering, distributed systems, and cloud‑based AI deployment.

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate research into practical solutions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Experience

7+ years of professional experience in

AI/ML or Data Science roles , with at least 3 years in senior or lead positions.

Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in production environments.

Experience working on

NLP‑heavy systems , conversational AI, or autonomous agents is highly desirable.

Background in research, innovation labs, or high‑growth startups is a strong advantage.

Working Hours
