As HR Manager at Hawksmoor Dublin, you’ll lead the day-to-day people operation for the restaurant, partnering closely with managers to create a fair, consistent and supportive employee experience. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll take ownership of employee relations, engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, onboarding and people development.

You’ll work closely with the Head of HR and wider People team, while being the key HR presence in Dublin, helping managers build confidence and making sure our values show up in everyday decisions.

What You’ll DoLead day-to-day HR operations for Hawksmoor DublinPartner with managers on employee relations, performance, absence and probation mattersEnsure HR records, contracts, right to work checks and people processes are accurate and compliantSupport payroll, tronc and people data processes for the Dublin teamLead onboarding, statutory leave and return-to-work processes with care and consistencyCoach managers to handle people matters fairly and confidentlySupport engagement, wellbeing and communication across the restaurantUse people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvementHelp maintain WRC-ready processes and strong compliance with Irish employment legislationWho You AreExperienced as an HR Manager, People Manager or standalone HR generalistConfident managing employee relations cases across performance, conduct, absence and grievance mattersKnowledgeable in Irish employment law and WRC standardsComfortable working in a busy, operational environmentOrganised, practical and able to manage competing prioritiesA trusted partner to managers, with strong communication and coaching skillsConfident using HR systems such as Harri, Timepoint, Thrive or similarPassionate about building a positive, inclusive and high-performing cultureOur Values
