We are looking for a Repairs Estimator to join our team based in Dublin, reporting to the Repairs Manager. This position plays a key role within the business and is responsible for identifying repair work opportunities, compiling quotations for repair works and progressing with customers to gain chargeable orders.

 Responsibilities will include:

Identify opportunities for chargeable repair works from company maintenance portfolio Responsible for creating prompt accurate quotations in accordance with company system Responsible for issuing sufficient quote volume to attain required order intake value and profitability. Responsible for regular contact with customers to ensure quotations received and understood Manage and guide customer expectations on the company’s services Support the regional service functions, as placing and receiving orders from/to warehouse

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have already worked in a similar role in the lift or engineering industry. The candidate should also demonstrate:

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Capability to work on multiple projects and budgets Ability to work to tight deadlines Organised, good planner, excellent communication skills, team player Full Driving Licence
