We are seeking a talented Breakfast Chef to join a renowned luxury country house hotel on Ireland’s breathtaking west coast. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys delivering exceptional breakfasts using outstanding local produce in a calm, quality-driven kitchen environment.

What we’re looking for:

Experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or similar role within a quality hotel or restaurant

Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and beautifully presented dishes

Strong organisation and time management skills

Ability to work independently and maintain high standards during busy breakfast service

Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
