Responsibilities

Provide customer support to Slovak-speaking customers of Booking.com via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers with booking inquiries, cancellations, modifications, and other travel-related questions

Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions

Collaborate with various internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience

Stay updated with Booking.com's products, policies, and procedures

Requirements

Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage

No experience needed, but willingness to learn!

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
