Remote Cloud Education Program Manager Job Your Day-to-Day Impact: What You’ll Do
Designing, implementing, and managing the DoiT Cloud Intelligence™ Academy: Creating the structure, content, and delivery methods for the educational platform, ensuring it meets the needs of diverse learning audiences.
Researching industry best practices: Staying abreast of the latest trends and strategies used in SaaS and technology training programs. Applying innovative ideas drawn from successful SaaS academy models to enhance our offerings.
Identifying program requirements: Developing detailed profiles of target learners (persona development), defining learning objectives, certification pathways, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Project management of program development: Applying agile methodologies to manage the end-to-end build-out of learning modules, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Curriculum development and validation: Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to create engaging course content, interactive modules, assessments, and certifications. Continuously validating and refining educational materials through feedback and testing.
Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness: Using data analytics and feedback mechanisms to measure the success of training programs. Implementing improvements based on insights to ensure continuous enhancement of the learning experience.
Strategic go-to-market planning: Working alongside our go-to-market team to develop strategies that drive customer awareness and adoption of the academy’s offerings, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

is someone who can see both the big picture and the finer details. You have at least five years of experience in e-learning manager positions, corporate training, or product enablement, especially within the SaaS or technology sector.
You understand how to design learning paths that inspire professionals, simplify complex concepts, and make technology approachable. You have probably built or managed a Learning Management System (LMS) before, perhaps using Moodle, Canvas, or a proprietary platform.
