Senior Human Resources Generalist - Corporate This is a broad, hands-on role that suits someone looking to build across both the people-facing and operational sides of HR. The business is going through a period of significant change, and the person coming in will get exposure to a wider range of work than the title alone suggests.
What's on offer Base salary of€50,000–€55,000 plus performance based bonus, alongside a benefits package that includes pension, healthcare, wellbeing initiatives and benefits, learning and development support, educational support and professional subscriptions, sports&social, 23 days annual leave which increases with length of service plus option to buy or sell up to 3 days leave. Flexible location: Dublin city centre or Co. Meath
About the business Our client is an international corporate services organisation with operations across multiple jurisdictions. The Irish entity is part of a significantly larger group. The HR team is small and cross-functional, operating in an environment of ongoing organisational change.
The role
Attend regular stakeholder meetings and build effective working relationships across the business
Support and advise managers on performance, absence, and employee relations matters
Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives
Support talent and succession planning activity as required
Administer the learning management system and support managers in promoting development within their teams
Shadow a senior HR colleague on business partnering activity and assist with ER cases
Maintain HR system records and ensure data accuracy across the full employee lifecycle
Work with counterparts across the wider group on HR data accuracy and BAU reporting
Build and improve reporting outputs to deliver timely management information for senior leadership and regulatory purposes
Administer Fitness&Probity activities throughout the year, including register management, certification, and attestation processes
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across HR systems and operations
Get involved in HR projects as they arise
What we're looking for
3–4 years' broad HR experience, ideally from a corporate background
Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders across a large organisation
Genuine curiosity about data - this role goes beyond pulling reports; you'll be expected to ask the right questions, and understand what the data means in practice
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and reporting
Comfortable managing stakeholder relationships at different levels
Proficient in Excel
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive approach and a continuous improvement mindset
Experience with HRIS
