About the Role As a Social Media Manager Intern, you will be the voice of Babylon Radio across our social media channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your creativity, develop marketing skills, and build an impressive portfolio of impactful social media campaigns.

Develop and implement social media plans to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends and adapt strategies to ensure relevance.

Content Creation

Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels, for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Collaborate with the editorial, events, and marketing teams to align content with ongoing projects.

Community Management

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive community experience.

Monitor and report on audience feedback and engagement metrics.

Analytics&Reporting

Track and analyse social media performance to identify opportunities for growth.

Provide regular updates on campaign success and insights for improvement.

Who We're Looking For

Education: Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.

Skills:

Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

Attributes:

Creative thinker with a strong eye for visuals and messaging.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.

Passionate about multiculturalism and storytelling.

Availability: Able to commit to a 3-6 month internship with flexible hours.

Duration: 3-6 months (flexible based on your availability).

Location: Hybrid (based in Dublin, Ireland).
