This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist - Content, Growth&AI in Ireland. This role is an exciting entry point into a fast-paced, product-driven marketing environment where creativity, data, and AI tools come together. You will contribute directly to content creation, brand visibility, and growth initiatives across B2B digital products. The position offers hands‑on exposure to real marketing projects from day one, including articles, case studies, and campaign content. You will also explore how brands appear and perform within modern AI and LLM-based environments. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will gain experience in product, design,and sales collaboration. This is a highly learning‑oriented role designed to grow into a well‑rounded marketing generalist profile.
Accountabilities
Create engaging marketing content such as blog articles, case studies, social media posts, and other written materials.
Support brand visibility analysis in LLMs and contribute to optimization actions to improve digital presence.
Participate in event‑related marketing initiatives and broader content‑driven projects.
Collaborate with sales, development, and design teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Use AI tools to enhance content creation, productivity, and marketing analysis.
Assist in coordinating small projects or initiatives with increasing ownership over time.
Contribute to data analysis tasks to derive insights and support marketing decisions.
Requirements
First experience in marketing (internships, freelance work, academic projects, or brand management initiatives).
Strong writing and content creation skills, with a portfolio of samples (blog posts, articles, LinkedIn content, etc.).
Ability to independently manage small projects or tasks from initiation to completion.
Confidence in direct communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent Polish and English language skills.
Basic analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
Hands‑on experience using AI tools in daily work or content creation workflows.
Nice to have: knowledge of SEO/GEO basics and LLM‑based brand positioning.
Nice to have: experience in events, basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar tools).
Availability to work from an office in Gliwice at least once per week (hybrid model).
