Job Description
A leading organisation is recruiting for a Lifestyle Estate Manager to oversee the strategic and operational management of a prestigious lifestyle estate. This role is ideal for a highly professional individual with strong financial reporting experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead projects, budgets, and homeowner engagement initiatives with confidence.
Responsibilities:
Manage the estate’s financial reporting processes, including monthly levy reconciliation and payment management in line with Board delegation authorities. Oversee estate maintenance budgets with long-term planning across a 5–10-year period. Lead and manage estate projects, including scoping, budgeting, timelines, and reporting to the Board of Directors. Act as Company Secretary to the HOA Board of Directors and ensure professional governance standards are maintained. Manage homeowner and Board communications professionally and effectively. Work closely with the Estate Assistant to oversee levy collections, complaints management systems, and homeowner satisfaction initiatives. Develop and implement supplier onboarding processes and ensure SLA compliance across all service providers and revenue-generating partners. Coordinate homeowner engagement initiatives, surveys, meetings, and information sessions to drive participation and satisfaction. Support legal and collections processes alongside the paralegal team where required.Requirements:
NQF Level 7 qualification or higher. Qualification in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in financial reporting and budget management. Strong business acumen and operational management capability. Experience managing SLAs, stakeholder relationships, and service delivery standards. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Positive attitude with a proactive and solutions-driven work ethic. Ability to engage confidently with Boards of Directors, homeowners, suppliers, and service providers.EE Disclaimer:
