Temporary Inside Sales Executive – SMB Finance | Dublin 2 | June Start

We are hiring motivated Sales Executives to join a growing finance team supporting small business customers across Ireland.

Start Date: 8th June

This is an excellent opportunity for commercially driven candidates who enjoy speaking with business owners, building relationships and working towards targets in a supportive team environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Working with an existing database of SMB customersRe-engaging dormant accounts and generating new opportunitiesQualifying customers and guiding them through the finance application processBuilding relationships with business owners through a consultative, soft-sales approachDriving pipeline activity and KPI performance

What we are looking for:

Previous B2B, SMB or financial sales experienceConfident communicator comfortable engaging with business ownersMoney-motivated and target-driven mindsetExperience in outbound sales, telesales or lead generation beneficialCandidates from business services, finance, advertising sales or similar environments tend to perform wellEnergetic, resilient and commercially minded personality

Package & Details:

€35, – €40, base salaryStrong monthly bonus structure (OTE up to 50% of base salary)Monday to Friday | 40 hours per weekHybrid model: 4 days office / 1 day WFHIntensive onboarding and training providedFast-moving sales cycle: Existing customers: approx. 5 daysNew customers: approx. 15 days Dublin 2 office location
