Salary:€33k – €38k

Key Responsibilities of this Trainee Manager:

Assist the management team in the day-to-day running of the store Oversee staff performance and provide leadership as required Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation Monitor stock levels, orders, and deliveries Adhere to health and safety and operational standards

Requirements for this Trainee Manager :

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask Excellent communication and team management abilities Desire to grow and progress within a management role Flexibility to work varied shifts
