Legal Response Specialist (French or Polish Speaking)

Location: Dublin 1 (Remote with 1 day a week required in office)

Rate: €30.71 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Languages Required: English plus French or Polish

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Legal Response Specialist to join a fast-paced operational and compliance environment supporting the handling of legal and regulatory data requests. This position will involve reviewing sensitive requests, conducting policy and legal-based assessments, and ensuring responses are managed accurately in line with internal procedures and applicable legal frameworks.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within a deadline-driven environment while handling confidential and sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

Review, assess, and respond to law enforcement and regulatory requests, including: e-Evidence requests MLAT requests Emergency disclosure requestsOther legal data disclosure enquiriesConduct legal and policy-based analysis to validate requests and determine appropriate disclosure actionsRetrieve, review, and process sensitive information in accordance with company policies and legislationDraft clear, accurate, and professional written responses to law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholdersTriage and prioritise incoming requests based on urgency, risk, and operational impact, escalating complex cases where requiredMaintain accurate records, monitor request volumes, and support reporting and operational process improvementsEnsure strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive or personal data

Qualifications & Experience

Fluency in English and either French or Polish is requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience within legal operations, compliance, investigations, trust & safety, paralegal, or law enforcement response environments is preferredFamiliarity with: GDPR EU e-Evidence frameworks MLAT processesIrish and/or EU legal frameworks is highly desirableComfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
