Senior Investment Manager, Dublin

Role Focus:

This position sits within a high-performing investment team responsible for the ongoing monitoring and performance oversight of a diverse investment portfolio. The successful candidate will gain exposure to: Investment monitoring and performance analysis Portfolio reporting and stakeholder engagement Collaboration with internal teams and external investment partners A dynamic, high-standard investment environment within a leading state body

Key Experience Required:

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong investment experience across portfolio allocation, fund deployment, and performance oversight, ideally within institutional or similar investment environments. 

Minimum 10 years’ experience within investment management, fund management, asset allocation, or a comparable environment Proven experience in the allocation of capital across portfolios, including involvement in asset allocation decisions and portfolio construction Strong background in investment monitoring, performance analysis, and portfolio management across multiple asset classes Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering investment strategies, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders Track record of manager selection and investment execution in private markets, including familiarity with: Limited Partnership structures (LPAs) Fund documentation and negotiation processes Experience with direct investments and exposure to a range of private markets asset classes (e.g. private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate) is highly desirable Exposure to public markets and broader portfolio considerations would be advantageous Strong analytical capability, with the ability to assess investment opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
