A leading international financial organisation is seeking an experienced Director of Brand Communications to lead enterprise-wide brand strategy across more than 20 markets.

This senior leadership role will oversee brand positioning, narrative development, governance, sponsorship strategy, and brand consistency across a growing multinational platform, including M&A integration activity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead global brand positioning and enterprise narrativeDevelop messaging frameworks across all markets and channelsOversee brand architecture, governance, and visual identitySupport brand integration through M&A activityManage sponsorships and strategic events as commercial investmentsPartner with Communications teams on earned media and reputation managementLead employer brand and recruitment marketing initiativesUse market insights and perception data to inform strategyEnsure a consistent brand experience across international markets

Skills & Experience

12+ years in senior brand leadership rolesProven experience leading large-scale brand repositioningStrong expertise in brand architecture and governanceExcellent editorial and strategic communication skillsExperience operating across international and matrixed environmentsCommercially focused with strong stakeholder management capabilities
