Logistics Operations Manager - Technology and Data Centre Hybrid with onsite requirements around Greater Dublin|€86,000 | Contract until Feb 2027

We are partnering with a globally recognised technology giant to hire an Operations Manager to support logistics and operational activities across warehouse and data centre environments. The successful candidate will work closely with onsite operations teams, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), technical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

Coordinating operational activities across warehouse and data centre environments

Managing operational metrics, KPIs, and weekly business reviews

Building strong working relationships with 3PL management teams and operational stakeholders

Driving operational follow-up and accountability across multiple teams

Supporting operational improvement initiatives and smaller site-based projects

Ensuring strong communication and coordination within a highly matrixed environment

2–5 years’ experience within logistics operational environments is essential

Experience working with operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance reporting

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Previous experience supervising operational teams or frontline environments

Good Excel and reporting capability

Experience within data centre operations, technical logistics would be highly advantageous

This is a hybrid role requiring regular onsite presence across Dublin locations (having access to a car will be an advantage), including:
