As the Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a significant portfolio and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. Manage all aspects of the portfolio, lead a dedicated support team, and ensure efficient operations. Conduct and prepare building inspections. Oversee the management and maintenance ofproperties.Provide consultancy on service charge budgets and expenditures. Advise on landlord and tenant mattersincluding lease obligations, dilapidations, and repairs. Prepare and review maintenance plans, schedules of condition, and refurbishment specifications. Oversee tender processes, manage external contractorsand supervise on-site works.Contribute to long-term asset management strategies. Ensure professional and regulatory compliance across all responsibilities. What Skills You Need

Degree in Building Surveying, Property Management, or a related field. MRICS or working toward chartership (preferred but not essential). 5 or more years of experience inproperty management / building surveying. Strong knowledge of commercial leasesand property legislation. Proven experience in property management and service charge consultancy.Excellent report writing skills. Experience with property management systems is advantageous. Desirable Skills

Experience in both commercial and residential sectors. Understanding of health&safety, CDM regulations, and compliance. Familiarity with asset management, lifecycle costing, and budget forecasting. Contract administration experience. What’s on Offer
