Senior Business Analyst— Insurance Policy Migration, Dublin

This is not a BA role where you sit back and document.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you work directly with underwriters, shape a live product, and drive real delivery.

Ingenio is supporting a major insurance transformation programme, and we’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to take ownership of policy migration, product evolution, and system integration.

What you’ll be doing Work directly with underwriters (your key stakeholders) Turn real business needs into clear, structured JIRA user stories Drive policy migration (7,000 policies) from legacy to new platform Own data mapping across systems (critical to success) Define and manage SIT&UAT Support integrations across Salesforce, reporting, and core systems Work closely with a tight delivery team to get things done

Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) General Insurance experience Strong Business Analysis fundamentals Proven experience in system migration&data mapping Excellent JIRA / user story writing Confidence working directly with business stakeholders Understanding of APIs / system integrations
