Remote Training Specialist for Italian Client Adoption, Dublin

In this role, you will play a key part in helping clients maximize the value of innovative digital solutions through engaging and impactful training experiences. You will deliver both online and in-person learning sessions, develop educational resources, and support customer adoption across Southern Europe. Working in a collaborative and international environment, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training initiatives align with customer needs and strategic business objectives. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with technical confidence and a passion for customer success. The role offers autonomy, remote flexibility, and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic, service-oriented setting.

Accountabilities

Deliver engaging training sessions, webinars, and product demonstrations to clients across Southern Europe, ensuring effective adoption and long-term usage of digital products and services.

Create, update, and maintain training materials such as tutorials, user guides, videos, and other learning resources to support customer independence and knowledge retention.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical Support teams to align training activities with regional business priorities and customer success goals.

Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, and communicate insights to internal stakeholders to support product and service improvements.

Participate in international industry meetings and coordinate with training colleagues across Europe to share best practices and ensure consistency in learning delivery.

Contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives and actively support continuous improvement efforts within the training function.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience delivering training for electronic products or digital services within public, government, or corporate environments.

Native-level Italian language skills combined with strong written and spoken English proficiency.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.

Strong technical aptitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, goal-oriented approach and the ability to manage feedback and challenging situations constructively.

Collaborative team player committed to delivering high-quality service and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Based in Italy and comfortable traveling when required for on-site training and industry events.
