We are recruiting on behalf of a leading medical device organization seeking a Customer Service Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic customer service team in Meath, supporting clients and sales teams with queries, orders, and product information.

Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Manage customer interactions, including maintaining detailed records and administration of quotes.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues and coordinate deliveries.
Support Credit Control with pricing discrepancies and debt collection when required.
Monitor and manage consignment stock levels and replenishments.
This role will be 5 days a week in the office in Meath. WFH is not an option.
Qualifications
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong customer focus with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
2+ years’ experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of SAP or experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage but not essential.
